Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Prevention Officer II – Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist t Jobs in Kenya


Job Requirements

  • Minimum relevant work experience of five (5) years from a recognised organisation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, Economics, or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.

  • Membership to a relevant professional body in good standing where applicable.

  • Demonstrable skills in computer applications.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain robust monitoring frameworks.

  • Develop and manage monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plans, indicator tracking tables, and data collection tools for programmes.

  • Establish and manage programme databases and information management systems.

  • Maintain a tracking register for programme implementation activities.

  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with departmental staff to assess progress of implementation of recommendations.

  • Analyse programme data to track progress against indicators and targets.

  • Document and share good practices across programmes with stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge repository for programmes.

  • Prepare M&E reports
