Equity Bank Strategic Partnerships and Alliances Manager-Finserve Jobs in Kenya; This role focuses on building and managing key strategic partnerships that support the Finserve mobile money platform's growth. This role’s primary responsibility is to establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that help expand the platform’s ecosystem, enhance its offerings, and create more value for both parties involved.

Job Responsibilities.

*Identifying and forging strategic partnerships with key external entities

*Negotiating terms and agreements with potential partners to expand the ecosystem (e.g. integrating payment solutions, co-marketing initiatives).

*Managing relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration, and addressing any challenges.

*Ensuring that partnerships align with Finserve’s strategic goals, such as expanding service offerings or accessing new customer bases.

*Find and secure strategic partnerships with key external players.

*Develop a clear partnership strategy that aligns with company goals.

*Lead negotiations, draft partnership agreements, and manage contracts.

*Work with partners to co-develop innovative products or services.

*Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.

*Monitor market trends and competitor activities for new partnership opportunities.

*Leverage partnerships to expand market presence and drive customer adoption.

*Measure the success of partnerships using KPIs and report to senior management.

*Represent the company at industry events and engage

with external stakeholders.

*Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage partnership risks.

Qualifications

*Experience in product development or co-innovation, particularly in the financial technology space.
University Degree

*MBA is an added advantage

*7+ years’ experience

*Ability to identify and build value-driven partnerships.

*Expertise in managing long-term relationships and aligning external stakeholders with the company’s goals.

*Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.

*Deep understanding of the mobile money ecosystem, payment systems, and digital finance.

*Experience in product development or co-innovation, particularly in the financial technology space.

*Knowledge of local and international regulations related to mobile money, financial services, and data protection.
