Equity Afia Facility Administrator Jobs in Kenya;Responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the facility, ensuring quality and timely delivery of healthcare services, regulatory compliance, business performance, and effective people management. The role acts as a bridge between clinical staff, patients, and the hospital’s executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or any other relevant field.

  • At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Analytical thinking and decision‑making.

  • Basic financial and budgeting skills.
