Equity Afia Community Oral Health Officer Jobs in Kenya; Equity Afia is seeking a qualified Community Oral Health Officer (COHO) to provide high‑quality dental care services to patients. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat oral health conditions, offer preventive dental services, and educate patients on oral hygiene practices. This role plays a crucial part in promoting oral health and ensuring patients receive quality care.

Academic Qualifications

  • Diploma in Community Oral Health.

  • Registered with a valid license from Oral Health Association of Kenya (OHAK) / Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).

  • Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS).

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience.

    Desirable Competencies
  • Proficient in computer applications.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental hygiene and oral health.

  • Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.

  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry advancements.
