Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Track, book and receipt scheme contributions in time.
• Reconciliation of member and scheme statements
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of URBRA.
• Organize and facilitate Trustee meetings and client meetings.
• Organize for scheme Annual General Meetings
• Prepare minutes and reports for Schemes meetings
• Ensure the compliance of scheme documents
• Computation of member withdrawal benefits.
• Timely processing of payments for members who have exited the scheme.
• Prompt response to customer inquiries or complaints.
• Day to day administration of retirement benefits schemes
• Provide information to auditors to facilitate the audit exercise
• Coordination of scheme activities with other service providers
• Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Analytical skills
• Business acumen
• Ability to work with minimal supervision is an added advantage
• Proactiveness
• Result driven
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Good computer skills knowledge of systems
Qualifications
• A relevant University degree
• A relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
• At least 3 years’ work experience in Pensions Administration.
