Enko Education (http://enkoeducation.com/) is looking for full-time, experienced and qualified teachers who excel in their profession and are passionate about their subjects. The teachers work under the direct supervision of the Director of Pestalozzi Education Center.

The vacancy We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic teacher to teach IB DP and Cambridge IGCSE French. This is a full time position. Our salaries are modest compared to “traditional” international schools, but they compare favorably to those of other schools.

Required profile

The ideal candidate:

Has extensive experience (minimum 3 years) in teaching his/her subject(s) and is passionate about his/her profession.

Has a perfect command of the French language.

Has experience in teaching international curricula (International Baccalaureate or Cambridge or other).

Is a highly professional, reliable and innovative educator.

Agrees to participate in training programs to improve their skills as a teacher.

Use technology tools competently.

Contributes greatly to school life, e.g. e.g., offering extracurricular activities.

Demonstrates open-mindedness and wishes to adapt to a new pedagogical context.

Shares our enthusiasm to provide quality international education to African students.

Understands that our mission requires us to work with limited resources and modest salaries.

Has authorization to work in Zambia.
