Call for bid- Proposal Submission

EngenderHealth is seeking proposals from qualified organizations or firms to conduct evaluation for Access to Better Reproductive Health Initiative/ABRI /project. Evaluation of the project will be conducted in different approaches, including but not limited to:

I. KAP assessment

II. In-depth analysis of four EDHS (2000, 2005, 2011 and 2016) data.

Applicants are advised to carefully review and comprehensively respond to and integrate relevant portions of the ToR in their proposal submissions. Proposals not meeting the TOR requirements will not be considered.

The final date for proposal submission will be July 15, 2019; 10:00 local time. The expression of interest should contain: (a) a technical proposal and (b) cost proposal.
