  • Customer Services (Batho Pele Principles).
  • Risk Awareness. COIDA Act, Regulations and Policies.
  • Human Resource planning procedure.
  • Legislative Requirements: COIDA Act, Regulations and Policies.
  • Public service Act.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS).
  • PFMA and National Treasury Regulations.
  • General knowledge of the Public Service Regulations.

    [Skills:
  • Required Technical Proficiency.
  • Business Writing Skills.
  • Data Capturing.
  • Data and records management. Telephone Skills and Etiquette

    Duties:
  • Administer the filling of vacancies for the Fund.
  • Administer HR information system.
  • Administer recruitment and selection activities. Safe keep HR records
