Emerge Egress Consulting Team Lead - Nairobi Jobs in Kenya;The Team Lead will oversee and support the achievement of business targets while ensuring effective team performance, operational efficiency, quality standards, and excellent customer service.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily team operations, ensuring productivity targets and service standards are consistently achieved.

  • Drive sales and client acquisition by identifying new business opportunities and engaging prospective clients.

  • Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, attendance, and KPIs, taking corrective action where required.

  • Coordinate task allocation and team coverage to ensure smooth operations.

  • Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve results.

  • Manage customer and operational escalations, coordinating with stakeholders for timely resolution.

  • Prepare and share regular performance reports highlighting key results, challenges, risks, and areas requiring attention.

  • Analyse sales and operational performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.

  • Support implementation of new initiatives, processes, and business requirements.

  • Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by management.

    Job Specifications & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales,
    Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience, preferably with team leadership or supervisory background.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and manage a sales team.
