Emerge Egress Consulting Social Media Manager Assistant Jobs in Kenya;Our client is looking for a creative, skilled professional to manage their brand’s digital presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube. In this role, you will oversee content strategy, campaign execution, community engagement, and performance analytics to strengthen brand equity, expand the audience, build community connection, and generate qualified leads.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Design high-converting digital ads, graphics, and visual assets tailored to specific digital platforms.

Produce short-form video content aligned with current trends and brand voice.

Maintain an active brand presence across Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc and company websites.

Monitor channels daily, responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster meaningful community engagement.

Track social media mentions and industry conversations to manage brand reputation and address feedback proactively.

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Plan, manage, and maintain a centralized content publishing calendar for digital marketing, sales initiatives, and competitive positioning.

Design and execute targeted paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to drive leads and sales.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (ROI, reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions) using tools like Google Analytics.

Optimize website and blog content with SEO best practices to expand

organic search visibility.

Conduct regular market research and competitor benchmarking to optimize campaign performance and content formats.

Perform any other relevant duty assigned.

Job Specifications and Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, IT, or a related business field.

3+ years of hands-on sales and marketing experience, with a focus on managing corporate/brand social media and a proven portfolio of driving audience growth.

Skilled in scheduling platforms and social analytics tools.

Graphic design expertise across various tools is an added advantage.

Key Competencies

Exceptional oral, written, and narrative skills tailored for social media.

Creative mindset paired with strong commercial awareness and a customer-centric focus.

Social media proficiency with strong multi-tasking and management abilities.
