Role Objective
Support business growth by expanding market presence and strengthening customer engagement.
Drive sales initiatives, strategic partnerships, brand campaigns, and relationship management.
Combine creativity with execution in a dynamic work environment, focusing on customer experience and brand development.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
Source and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
Expand corporate client portfolio while nurturing existing customer relationships.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and strategic partnerships.
Draft and present proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Respond to client inquiries and convert prospects into active customers.
Contribute towards achieving set monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
Act as the primary liaison for corporate accounts.
Foster and sustain long‑term customer relationships.
Ensure smooth coordination and timely fulfillment of corporate gifting orders.
Maintain exceptional customer service standards and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to understand evolving gifting needs.
Develop and implement
marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Support seasonal promotions, gifting campaigns, and special marketing initiatives.
Coordinate exhibitions, pop‑up activations, collaborations, and corporate events.
Job Specifications & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2–4 years’ experience in business development, sales, account management, or marketing.
Experience handling corporate clients and partnerships is an added advantage.
Experience in retail, gifting, lifestyle, hospitality, or e‑commerce industries is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Creative mindset with strong implementation capabilities.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
