Role Objective

  • Support business growth by expanding market presence and strengthening customer engagement.

  • Drive sales initiatives, strategic partnerships, brand campaigns, and relationship management.

  • Combine creativity with execution in a dynamic work environment, focusing on customer experience and brand development.

    Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Source and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue.

  • Expand corporate client portfolio while nurturing existing customer relationships.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and strategic partnerships.

  • Draft and present proposals, quotations, and client presentations.

  • Respond to client inquiries and convert prospects into active customers.

  • Contribute towards achieving set monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.

  • Act as the primary liaison for corporate accounts.

  • Foster and sustain long‑term customer relationships.

  • Ensure smooth coordination and timely fulfillment of corporate gifting orders.

  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards and client satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to understand evolving gifting needs.

  • Develop and implement
    marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Support seasonal promotions, gifting campaigns, and special marketing initiatives.

  • Coordinate exhibitions, pop‑up activations, collaborations, and corporate events.

    Job Specifications & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • 2–4 years’ experience in business development, sales, account management, or marketing.

  • Experience handling corporate clients and partnerships is an added advantage.

  • Experience in retail, gifting, lifestyle, hospitality, or e‑commerce industries is preferred.
