Emerge Egress Consulting Group Project Manager Jobs;The successful candidate will drive project performance by ensuring effective planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires a proactive, results‑oriented professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate cross‑functional teams, engage stakeholders, and provide strategic insights to support business objectives across the Group.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead development and implementation of project plans including objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.

  • Manage project activities from initiation through completion.

  • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

  • Identify project risks and establish mitigation measures.

    Strategic Alignment & Business Support

  • Ensure projects support the Group’s strategic direction and priorities.

  • Work with leadership teams to evaluate needs, set priorities, and optimize resources.

  • Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and performance.

    Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Establish monitoring processes to track progress, costs, risks, and deliverables.

  • Prepare and present project updates and performance insights to senior management.

  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.

    Financial & Resource Management

  • Develop and oversee project budgets.

  • Monitor expenditure and ensure cost‑effective implementation.

  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources across projects.

    Stakeholder & Subsidiary Coordination

  • Facilitate collaboration between subsidiaries and business units.

  • Act as the key coordination link between management, teams, and external stakeholders.

  • Promote operational efficiency and improved collaboration.

    Governance, Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure projects adhere to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and
    quality standards.

  • Maintain consistency and excellence in project outputs.

    Job Specifications & Qualifications

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (required).

  • Master’s degree (MBA or related field) is an added advantage.

    Experience

  • 5–7 years’ experience in project management.

  • Experience managing cross‑functional or multi‑sector projects.

  • Exposure to sectors such as agriculture, logistics, events, or e‑commerce (advantage).

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver complex projects.
