Emerge Egress Consulting Customer Service Assistant Jobs in Kenya; Our client in Hospitality sector is seeking to hire 2 competent customer service assistants who will be responsible for enquiries, assist clients on behalf of the company.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately to respective offices.

Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients.

Handle administrative tasks as required.

Processing orders and transactions.

Handle all calls and forwarding phone calls as appropriate.

In charge of email correspondence and other social media correspondences as required.

Maintain a clean, positive, and welcoming office environment.

Manage office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture, including timely requisition.

Assist in managing daily transport bookings in consultation with office drivers.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Specifications and Qualifications

Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or elated field

At least 2 years’ relevant work experience.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM tools.

Key Competencies

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

High Phone skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills

Business Etiquette skills
