Emerge Egress Consulting Client Relationship & Sales Executive Jobs in Kenya;The Client Relationship & Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospective clients and managing existing accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.

The role requires strong relationship management, sales execution and market intelligence skills to expand the company’s portfolio and achieve sales targets.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect and pitch services/products to corporate and individual clients through cold calling, networking and field visits.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for existing accounts; monitor satisfaction and ensure high renewal rates.

  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Understand client operations and introduce additional offerings to expand contracts.

  • Gather market insights, track competitor activity and share trends with management.

  • Maintain accurate client logs, pipeline tracking and forecasts using CRM.

  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

    Job Specifications & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.

  • Minimum 4 years’ proven experience in B2B, account management or business development.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Key Competencies

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.

  • Strong persuasion, closing and contract negotiation skills.

  • Solid sales and marketing abilities.

  • Results‑driven mindset.
