Emerge Egress Consulting Business Development Executive - Hospitality Jobs in Kenya;The Business Development Executive – Hospitality will drive revenue growth and market expansion by targeting new corporate accounts and strategic partners while managing key accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new corporate, NGO, embassy and institutional accounts for event bookings.

  • Nurture existing portfolios through client meetings, inspections and rate negotiations.

  • Prepare tailored proposals, contracts and pitch presentations for MICE events.

  • Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends and occupancy fluctuations.

  • Represent the property at trade shows, expos, fairs and networking events.

  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure flawless execution of events.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads and accounts in CRM.

  • Conduct post‑event feedback sessions and follow‑ups to secure retention.

  • Work with finance teams to track account yield, credit terms and payment collection.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Job Specifications & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 4 years’ proven B2B sales or business development experience in hospitality, hotel or tourism sectors.

  • Strong track record of meeting revenue targets.
