Job Purpose

Ensure implementation of efficient & effective production process

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure achievement of targeted productivity rates.

Continuous observation of the machine.
Follow up HSE procedures.

Implement operations Instructions according to work instructions mentioned on the machine.

Record production and record necessary calculations in the production card.

Report defects of machines to Shift Production Supervisor and participate in maintenance works.

Maintain cleanliness of machine and surroundings

Maintain quality of the product in accordance with quality standards identified by Quality Control Department.

Not leaving the machine at the end of shift until it is handed over to another technician from the following shift.

Clean the product and stick the Identification card on it.

Follow up the implementation of monthly machines maintenance plan and participate in cleaning tasks of the machine and the whole department.

Perform Production Supervisor’s role in case of his absence.

Perform junior Technician (Helper) role in case of his absence.

Full compliance with the instructions of the company.

Job Requirements

Education

Diploma in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Years of Experience

At least two years relevant experience.

Technicalities of the operation of Transformers’ Production machines.

HSE procedures

Quality awareness
