Job Purpose
Perform various kinds of tests over the product during the production process and after the product is finished
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Knowing the product being tested
Conduct test according QC procedures on the product during various production stages and documents results and measurements.
Knowing which tests can provide the information needed according to the technical data sheet
Running the test correctly and consistently according to the IEC 60076
Co-operate with production team to make the final product meets the standards and requirements of the customer/client
Must have full and direct knowledge of the customer’s requirements an standards to perform the needed types of tests
The tests must be made with respect to ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 quality standards and ensure that the test labs are under safety programs
Document test reports and daily reports which are reported to the quality manager May recommend changes in testing methods or equipment changes.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree in Engineering
Years of Experience
At least two years relevant work experience
Technical Competencies
QHSE Management system (quality; environment; health and safety management system) TPS (Transformers production system), Product & material testing, Voltage testing, Systems knowledge of measurement techniques
