Job Purpose

Ensure implementation of quality plan.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Implement Inspection plan and take samples from each production line and machine.

Follow up production lines periodically and ensure conformity between product specifications and customer’s requirements.

External inspection of different manufactured transformers.

Sign all ID cards of products after making sure they are all successful.

Separate all defect/ non-conformed products from successful ones in the stop point with the ID card.

Issue NCR upon finding non-conformed products or upon operating machines without a prior work order.

Ensure approving first operation sample by measurement Lab. Before starting the quantitative operation of products.

Perform phase measurements and tests in accordance with quality plan.

Make daily, monthly and quarterly reports.

Job Requirements

Education

BSc degree in relevant field

Experience

At least four years relevant work experience
