The Lead Graphic Designer provides creative direction for the graphic designers on the team. The responsibilities cover three key performance areas:

Leading the creative team in visual communication and collateral creation

Developing appropriate templates based on researching the latest tools.

Assist with animation and video editing as required to deliver the best learning experience.

Educational Requirements:

Grade 12

Diploma or Certification in Graphic Design

Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in graphic design

Technical knowledge of the following:

Design programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Animate

Other programs: Articulate 360 Suite, Moodle

Design Apps: Rise 360

Productivity: MS Office Suite

General: MS Windows 10/11, MAC OS

Basic Knowledge: HTML, CSS, VBA. AS3, JavaScript

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the creation and design of various materials for print and digital collateral.

Ensure appropriate templates are created, maintained, and used in the creative team.

Run training and development sessions with the creative team.

Assist with animation and video editing.
