Educational requirements:

  • Grade 12

  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service/contact centre or education related positions

  • MS office proficient

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To attend to and resolve student queries received via the various communication media/channels

  • Ticket query processing, telephonic query processing, general query processing and general admin duties

  • Assist students on the LMS with SLA by effectively resolving their requirements

  • Maintain a professional rapport with students when processing conversations both online and telephonic

  • Facilitate interaction between departments to smoothly accommodate student requirements

  • Utilize the CRM system

  • Maintain an effective working relationship with students and internal departments

  • Create tasks in the CRM in order to timely resolve student requirements and ensure that the timelines are met

  • Meet the shift duration by clocking in and out of the CRM and submitting daily work reports
