To provide comprehensive and administrative support for each of the academic programmes and to manage the office daily.

Educational Requirements:

  • Grade 12

  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing

  • 1-3 years’ experience within a similar role as academic administrator or assessor

  • Previous experience in programme administrator would be an advantage, however not essential.

  • MS Office proficient

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to academic personnel.

  • Bookings, attendance, correspondence, minutes, and agendas

  • Database administration

  • Deal with student queries

  • Set up and maintain central database of academic queries.

  • General office administration

  • Filing, visitor arrangements, student support and assessment administration

  • Project implemented: Monitor and report progress
