e-Commerce Sales & Marketing Jobs in Kenya

We are looking for a person to fill a vacancy in Sales & Marketing for an e-commerce platform.

Job responsibilities;

Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services and other sources.

Source for new business opportunities by approaching prospects.

Seal business opportunities with potential clients.

Keep abreast of developments in the digital advertising space in Kenya so as to provide evidence-based advice to clients i.e. Prices, legal requirements and related matters.

Support the development and implementation of a branding and marketing strategy.

Provide after sale customer services and maintaining a client and potential client database for the company.

Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns.

Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, and recommending service improvements

Coordinate the closing of deals to ensure payments are received.

Represent the company in sales meetings, participate in seminars, conferences, and events entrusted to the jobholder for marketing and sales purpose.

Carry out other tasks as might be assigned to them from time to time.

Skills & Qualifications:

At least 2 years- experience in sales and marketing.

Diploma or Bachelor-s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.

Results oriented mind.

Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to perform with minimal supervision

Resilience in pursuit of client(s).

Understanding and comprehension of Digital Content Generation.
