East African Portland Cement Company Limited (EAPCC) is a leading cement manufacturer, situated in Athi River about 30km from Nairobi, and pioneered the manufacture of cement in East Africa in 1933.

The cement manufactured by East African Portland Cement Company, is sold under the brand name Blue Triangle Cement and has been instrumental in the regions social-economic development as virtually all spheres of development have benefited from the use of Blue Triangle Cement.

The Company intends to fill the following vacant position as a part of turnaround strategy and re-organization program that is aimed at accelerating delivery of the strategic objectives.

The Company strongly believes in talent search and placing the talents in appropriate positions in order to achieve both op-erational and strategic leadership in the industry.

Accordingly, the Company is seeking to recruit young, dynamic, and results oriented graduates to join the Internship Program.

The program is designed to provide a broad range of learning experiences, challenges and opportunities for the trainees to enable them take up suitable slots within the Company.

The Successful candidates will be given an opportunity to develop their careers in the following areas; Chemical & Process Engineering; Finance; Electrical Engineering; Clinicians/Nurses; Mechanical;

Engineering; Human Resources; Geology; Public Relations; Strategy& Planning; ICT and Marketing among other areas of business.

Interested candidates who meet the above indicated criteria should submit their applications detailing their area of interest, a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae(CV) and full contact details of three (3) referees none of whom should be a relative. Successful candidates for the internship Program shall be engaged fora period not exceeding 12 months but with NO guarantee for employment after the expiry of the internship.
