About us:

Fiduga Ltd is flower farm incorporated in Uganda since 1998 producing and exporting Chrysanthemum Cuttings. It is a subsidiary of Dummen Orange The Netherlands B.V. Fiduga Ltd is located 22km. Kampala-Masaka road at former Nsimbe Estates.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Receipt, verification, posting and filing of supplier bills and respective journals.

• Processing supplier payments while ensuring amounts and records are correct.

• Cash management - verifying requests, issuances of petty cash, posting and filing cash transactions

• Analysis of sales and purchases ledgers.

• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations.

• Bank reconciliations.

• Liaising with stores to reconcile stock and oversee stock taking process.

• Updating and maintaining procedural documents.

• Daily communication and answering any queries from internal and external customers

Minimum Requirements

• A degree in Accounting and finance with minimum Level 11 professional training (ACCA/CPA)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance

• Proficiency with Microsoft excel and QuickBooks accounting software.

• Advanced analytical and numerical skills
