DSW Kenya was established in May 2000 in Nairobi. It has additional offices in Mombasa and Kitale with active programme interventions in 16 counties: Bungoma, Embu, HomaBay, Kakamega, Kilifi, Kwale, Laikipia, Meru, Mombasa, Nairobi, Nakuru, Nandi, Nyandarua, Trans Nzoia, Uasin Gishu, and West Pokot.

The Position reports to the Finance Officer.


  • Initiating Transactions.
  • Data entry and update of the ledgers.
  • Support in filing and tracing of documents.
  • Following up with persons to make returns on advances and helping Finance Team send reminders.
  • Verification of payment vouchers in accordance with the laid down policies and procedures.
  • Submission of all statutory deductions.
  • Cash reconciliation.
  • Assist in verification and maintenance of fixed assets records.
  • Any other tasks as may be directed by the supervisor.

    Minimum Requirements:
  • University degree in Accounting or related fields. Any level of CPA will be an added advantage
  • Fluency in English and Swahili.
  • Excellent computer skills.
