Doshi Production Supervisor Jobs in Kenya

A Cable Manufacturing Company seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Production Supervisor who will be able to work in a highly automated work environment that is ISO certified.

Reporting to the Production Manager the Production Supervisor will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring production in liaison with the Production Manager with a view to produce quality product that meets customer expectations while maximizing all resources provided.

Responsibilities

Planning, coordinating and monitoring of production in your department

Ensure smooth running of operation while keeping a safe working environment.

Allocation of duties to staff in your department

Manage performance of the employees in their respective department.

Ensure maximum usage and reduction wastage of resources provided.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in a technical field.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational and managerial Skills.

Excellent commanding of MS Office applications.

Good analytical skills.

Problem Solving Skills.
