Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate work activities in the various departments.

• Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

• Enforce quality standards and compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations to uphold the hotel's reputation.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels for supplies, equipments and amenities to meet operational needs while controlling costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field.

• Previous experience in hotel operations management, with a strong understanding of industry practices and trends.

• Must have work experience outside Kampala.
