Donswift Company Bakery Sales Executives Jobs in Uganda


Job duties:

• Actively promote bakery products to customers, highlighting special offers, new arrivals, and seasonal items..

• Greet customers as they enter the bakery outlet and assist them in selecting bakery products.

• Monitor and replenish product displays to ensure items are well-stocked and visually appealing.

• Ensure that bakery products are displayed attractively and in compliance with food safety standards.

• Collaborate with bakery staff and other sales people to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelors in Marketing or Catering and any other related field.

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or food service is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays where need be.
