Qualification and Experience

B.Sc. in Marketing or related field with certifications in digital marketing.

A minimum of 5 years with a successful track record of devising digital strategies and campaigns in an IT / FinTech space

Ability to utilize print, digital, social, and event channels to drive B2B marketing campaigns is important.

Job Competency Requirements:

Ability to research, identify, prioritize, and reach out to new partners, and business opportunities for a FinTech.

Ability to develop digital solutions to increase customer acquisition using a range of digital channels including web, social, advertising, SEO, CRM and PR to drive traffic and conversion, lead website performance and drive permanent evolution a for a FinTech space.

Ability to design and implement FinTech digital marketing campaigns across all major mediums

Ability to assist the company’s UX strategy, lead on customer acquisition, retention, strategies and tactics.

Ability to improve SEO performance, drive content strategy and manage digital marketing channels – blogs, YouTube channels, social media and email lifecycle marketing.

Ability to monitor sales, forecast trends, monitor performance, monitor competitor

activity and implement tactical campaigns and promotions so as to drive customer acquisition and retention revenue.
