Domeo Resources International Client Relation Executive Jobs in Nigeria; Responsible for creating, preparing, and serving premium cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages that enhance guest experiences and uphold luxury standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits.

Develop innovative signature cocktails and seasonal menus.

Deliver exceptional guest service and beverage recommendations.

Collaborate on menu development and beverage innovation.

Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Train bar staff and promote excellence in service.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management preferred.

Professional Mixology Certification highly desirable.

3–5 years’ experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender in luxury hospitality.

Strong knowledge of international cocktail techniques and trends.
