Job Description
  • Ensure paper and digital and paper records are arranged in a consistent and logical order.
  • Scanning and archiving large quantities of data.
  • Assist staff in retrieval of both paper and digital records.
  • Ensure that the scanner is well maintained.
  • Handling sensitive documents which require a trustworthy individual.
  • Compiling, checking and proper filing of all financial documents.
  • Assist with internal, external and specific program audits.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Finance Manager With a generous and serving spirit perform all other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned for the benefit of Samaritan’s Purse.

    Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
