Requirements

Previous professional experience in logistics, maintenance, construction and rehabilitation in developing countries

Good knowledge of English; knowledge of Italian will be favourably considered
Dynamism, adaptability and flexibility

Key Duties

Guarantee technical supervision of maintenance and rehabilitation works expected in the various projects

Ensure adequate maintenance of infrastructure and equipment, in collaboration with local technician

Guarantee the correct use of materials

Ensure adequate storage of project materials and stock management

Supervise the logistical aspects in the area

Ensure compliance with local regulations, donor rules and agreements with local authorities in the areas of competence

Guarantee the availability of the documentation necessary for the reporting of the activities carried out

Organize the transport of materials to the various project locations

Ensure the management, supervision and training of local logistics personnel

Guarantee adequate logistics and housing
