Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering

I am a Ugandan student pursuing a diploma in Telecommunications Engineering at Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology(UICT).

I am completing my diploma in July this year. I would wish to upgrade if I get some financial assistance. I failed to go for a degree because of financial problems.
