As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects. You'll identify potential project risks, develop plans to mitigate those risks and then ensure the successful execution of the project on time and within budget following the organization's methodology.

You should have strong communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills. In addition, you must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining focus on your own work and that of others in your team.

Requirements

Coordinates, plans, and controls a project to meet the organization's objectives.

Documents project goals, tasks, milestones, and deliverables.

Assists in identifying issues, risks, and constraints of the project.

Develops project timelines and assignments of roles to individuals and teams.

Conducts periodic reviews to review project status, key risks and assumptions, and any changes that may have occurred in the project's scope or planned activities Coordinates multi-disciplinary teams, assigned to a specific project, to develop and implement plans for the project.

Provides planning inputs that

are gathered from customers and clients.

Executes the assigned project using prescribed methods, tools and techniques to achieve pre-defined goals.

Approves critical and detailed project documents according to the organization's policies and procedures.

Accountable for the successful delivery of the project.

Ability to think out of the box and be a problem solver.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management required.
PMP certification will be advantageous.

Previous project management experience with a focus on change management and organizational planning is preferred.

7+ years of experience in a management or project leadership role.

Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously, with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
