As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of projects. You will also lead and coordinate team members to ensure that all tasks are completed on time following the organization's methodology. You'll report directly to the Senior PMO Manager and work closely with other project managers within the company in order to deliver excellent results.

Requirements

Coordinates, plans, and controls a project to meet the organization's objectives.

Documents project goals, tasks, milestones, and deliverables.

Assists in identifying issues, risks, and constraints of the project.

Develops project timelines and assignments of roles to individuals and teams.

Conducts periodic reviews to review project status, key risks and assumptions, and any changes that may have occurred in the project's scope or planned activities Coordinates multi-disciplinary teams, assigned to a specific project, to develop and implement plans for the project.

Provides planning inputs that are gathered from customers and clients.

Executes the assigned project using prescribed methods, tools and techniques to achieve pre-defined goals.

Approves critical and detailed project documents according to the organization's policies and procedures.

Ability to think out of the box and be a problem solver.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or pursing relevant qualification.

PMP certification will be advantageous.

Previous project management experience with a focus on change management and organizational planning is preferred.

4+ years of experience in a project management role.

Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously, with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
