Our Client is a Digital Agency that specializes in creating mobile applications that create social impact.

They seek to hire an aggressive and strategic sales manager whose role will be responsible for delivering the Top-line and Bottom-line growth through superior commercial acumen and excellence in sales operations.

Key outcomes include Revenue, Market Share, strong People Leadership, Profit, Customer service and driving net promoter scores leading into member get member outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving robust targets including Gross Revenue, Net Revenue, growth in utilization of the applications as well as NPS
  • Execute on ‘go to market’ strategy to drive applications uptake
  • Design and execute the business unit strategy & drive the performance of the Company Brand in the markets assigned
  • Drive strategic partnerships and collaboration with internal cross functional leadership and external vendors
  • Develop innovative market development opportunities
  • Drive new business revenue and manage the renewal and growth of existing business via strong customer relationships
  • Lead and drive consistent market execution strategies and initiatives enabling excellence in operations across the region embedding the ESAU execution standards
  • Provide accurate and timely business performance reports as well as forecasting
  • Development and implementation of the Sales and Marketing Plan
  • Lead and drive consistent market execution strategies and initiatives enabling excellence in operations across the region embedding the ESAU execution standards
  • Lead the team in creating and sustaining a work environment driven by an enabling coaching and collaborative culture.
  • Build and develop high performance
    teams and drive superior performance standards

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Professional experience with large organization with at least 5 – 10 years leading FMCG sales
  • Comfortable with digital based solutions and open to agile ways of working
  • Should have experience in a range of group functions, including sales, marketing, financial management
  • Ability to identify strong talent, build individual, and management capability
  • Excellent planning skills; ability to effectively manage priorities for self and team to meet business requirements and deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Excellent leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate team to achieve results; ability to influence and inspire action
