Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

  • Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) license.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience for midwives in a busy maternity setting.

  • Minimum 1 year post‑internship clinical experience for nurses.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.

  • Knowledge of child safeguarding principles and practices.
