Tasks & Responsibilities:

Lead the development team in adopting best practices and technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Requirements

Strong experience in software development, with expertise in one or more relevant programming languages.

Experience in developing complex software systems, with a focus on scalability, security, and efficiency.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen interest in leveraging technology for environmental solutions.

Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior developers.
