Responsibilities

Supervises human resource, and general administration activities in Designlab

Responsible for handling financial transaction recording, general service and office handling

Oversees the operations of Designlab and closely follows the appropriate use of resources

Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives

Manage transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of
goods

Ensuring service quality

Performs other related duties as required


Job Requirements

Experience:

Minimum of two years of experience in related fields


Qualification:

Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Finance Management

Skill:

Fluent in English and Amharic

Creative personality

Ability to analyse facts and exercise sound judgment

Problem solving skill in particular in relation with employees and business issues
ability to pay attention to detail

Detail knowledge of the country labour law is mandatory
