Our client in the manufacturing industry (Assembling 3-wheelers -TUKTUK) is looking for a well experienced candidate for Deputy Sales Manager & Sales Executives in following areas; Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu and Malindi.

The candidates will be doing sales and marketing of the 3-wheelers TUKTUK

Responsibilities

  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.
  • Identifying and evaluating trends and options.
    Choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Qualifications
  • Degree / diploma Sales & Marketing or related field with related verse experience
  • Past Experience on sales of 3-wheelers vehicles
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the field dealing with 3-wheelers
  • Maturity to lead independent entrepreneurs
  • Ability to run retail outlets
  • Ability to build and maintain long term business relationships
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Feels strongly about being part of a business that combines commercial success and long-term positive social and environmental impact.
  • Has a proactive, commercial, independent, flexible and pragmatic attitude
  • Has attention to detail and high quality deliverable outputs.
