  • Responsible for customer and stakeholder management and field operations to ensure effective enrolment, complaints management, benefits payment and service provider coordination to delivery stakeholder value

    Qualification Required & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or the social sciences

  • At least 5 years experience in similar position

  • Master’s degree in marketing, communications, psychology or related field will be an added

  • Knowledge of customer relations management software will be an advantage
