Main Purpose of Job

We are looking to hire an IT Auditor with an exceptionally analytical mind and with proven expertise in IT systems, applications as well as SAP (S/4) and technology infrastructure. In addition, the successful candidate should have outstanding problem-solving skills, be curious and demonstrate the ability to think innovatively. Strong experience in SAP GRC & Security Audit work.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Technology)

Postgraduate qualification advantageous

Attainment of other professional qualifications in addition to CISA e.g. CRISC, CGEIT. CISM, PASA, Prince2, +relevant CPE; Successful completion of MADC

Previous experience working with SAP audits (S/4 preferred)

Clear understanding of IT Audit Methodologies

Preferred

4 plus years working experience

Experience in a client facing role;

4 plus years Internal Audit/IT Audit experience in the financial services and insurance industry at a minimum

Experience in business process and controls

SAP audit experience

S/4 SAP HANA experience advantageous

Technical Competencies

Expertise in field with excellent industry and business knowledge

Strong business acumen

Demonstrated leadership skills

Sales and negotiation skills

Ability to manage

and execute projects

Demonstrated execution of complex projects to profitable outcomes

Skilled in drafting and presenting client proposals

Excellent report writing skills

Good financial knowledge

Specialised Competencies

Effectively defines the type of assurance engagement to be performed and aligns internal and external stakeholders accordingly

Applies professional judgement to control observations and deficiencies, in line with appropriate deficiency evaluation frameworks

Helps client translate results of assurance engagements reports into prioritized decisions to enhance the alignment between assurance process and overall client’s strategic goals.
