    About the Division:

  • Organisations are becoming more dependent on their third-parties as they grow and develop more diverse and complex supply chains to support their products and services. Extended Enterprise helps to limit and manage the risks associated with third party ecosystem partners and suppliers such as an operational failure or disruption, financial loss or negative reputational impact due to a third party failure. Our Extended Enterprise professionals help maximise the benefits gained from the relationships our clients have with various business partners including:

  • Suppliers
  • Customers
  • Franchisees
  • Licensees
  • Distributors

  • Our professionals within Extended Enterprise perform a variety of projects helping our clients with their third-party relationships. For example, supplier relationships constitute a significant proportion of the cost base of every organisation. We look for areas where our clients may not be receiving the intended value from the supply chain. Projects may involve analysing the entire process from supplier selection through to purchase and payment, identifying opportunities for efficiency, regulatory adherence and to deliver financial rewards and improve business operations.
  • Our team uses proven methods, including industry and subject matter expertise, technical analysis, to evaluate gaps and provide solutions that bring reputational, ethical, regulatory and operational benefits to our clients. Our services range from carrying out an assessment of our client’s current environment, designing and developing new target operating models, governance and processes, implementing new technology solutions and using analytics to identify outdated third party contracts. We help clients identify hidden risk exposures (cyber, privacy, resilience and business continuity, supply chain) within their organisations, recommend changes and support the transition to their desired future state.
  • These are some examples of our common offerings, but in reality the great thing about Extended Enterprise is the flexibility we can offer our clients when they need assistance with their business partner relationships. We respond to these situations to assist them, meaning we are able to tailor each project to the unique needs of our clients.
