Main Purpose of Job

To delivery a service to a client on an engagement / project or part thereof through the promotion of our capabilities, which include the following:

Identifying and embracing Deloitte’s purpose and values and putting these into practice in our professional life,

Building relationships and communicating effectively in order to positively influence peers, stakeholders and clients

Seeing opportunities to challenge self; teams with others across businesses and borders, delivering and taking accountability for own and team results

Understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning own work to objectives and sets personal priorities

Developing self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, sharing knowledge and experiences with others, and acting as a strong brand ambassador

Key Performance Areas:

Strategic Impact - Under guidance, deliver a service on a delegated engagement/project or piece thereof

Budgets / Profitability - Maintaining quality of output and timeous delivery as per SLA and/or scope of work

Differentiators for the role – Operating in an ambiguous environment

and taking direction from stream lead and/or project lead

Qualifications & Experience required

Related Honours degree (Human Sciences, Business, Engineering, Commerce and alike)

3 years consulting experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital, Organisational Design, Organisation Culture Transformation, Strategic Change Management, Adoption Management, Operational Change Management, Human Resource Functional Optimisation; Technology Adoption, Employee Engagement. Human resource Lifecycle activities (Hire-to-retire activities)

Preferred

Degree: Masters in Business
