Deep Dive Research and Consulting PLC is a leading strategy and development consulting firm operating in Ethiopia. Our firm provides high quality and state-of- the- art consulting, research, monitoring and evaluation services supporting a wide range of development sectors in Ethiopia. We are now receiving applications from qualified and experienced professionals to join our team as Administrative Assistant for our head office in Addis Ababa.

Position Requirements

The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including providing support to our employees, consultants and field coordinators, assisting in daily office needs and managing our firm’s general administrative activities. Interested applicants for this position need to meet the following minimum requirements

Degree in management, economics , accounting or related fields

A minimum of two years proven experience working as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a research and consulting work environment

Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting Software and MS office ( MS Excel and MS PowerPoint ,in particular) is a must.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

Attention to details and problem solving skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
