Job Description
  • The Facility / Maintenance Officer is responsible for the smooth operations of the business premises, ensuring utilities such as water, electricity, cooling systems and all other facility equipments are in perfect working condition.
  • Overseeing repair and maintenance of building infrastructure and company assets.
  • Carrying out scheduled maintenance on company assets as required.
  • Conducting regular survey for the improvements in facilities services.
  • Attend to all facility related complaints and address all issues.
  • Ensures the environment is clean.
  • Ensures all snags are treated
  • Assist in development of relevant policies to assist in efficient running of all properties.
  • Monitor periodic maintenance of utilities and services
    Other adhoc duties.

    Qualification / Person Specification
  • At least OND in any discipline
  • 1 - 3 years relevant working experience
  • Highly creative with ability to think out-of-box

    Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to be productive with available resources.
  • Time management.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge and experience in storekeeping.
  • Stock materials according to prescribed inventory system.
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to
    the work.
  • Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
  • Ability to communicate with others, both verbally and writing.
