The role requires building the creator database, matching talent to campaigns, and ensuring successful campaign delivery through strong negotiation, organization, and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage DB Studio’s influencer, creator, and talent network.

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive creator database.

  • Match talent to campaigns based on brand and project needs.

  • Ensure smooth collaboration and successful campaign delivery.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback for optimization.

    Candidate Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Kenyan creator and influencer market.

  • Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

  • Strong negotiation and disciplined follow‑up skills.

  • Solid Google Sheets and Excel skills.

  • Fluent in English; MCN or influencer agency experience is a plus.
