DB Studio Influencer & Artist Management Specialist Jobs in Kenya;The Influencer & Artist Management Specialist will support DB Studio Kenya’s external talent operations by recruiting, organizing, and coordinating influencers, artists, models, and other creative talents. The role requires strong organizational skills, relationship management, and attention to detail to ensure smooth collaboration and well‑managed talent records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard influencers, artists, models, and creative talents.

  • Organize and coordinate talent operations to ensure smooth collaboration.

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date talent records.

  • Support HR and People Operations in managing external talent relationships.

  • Provide communication and logistical support for talent projects.

    Candidate Requirements

  • HR or related majors preferred; relevant work experience is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple talent relationships simultaneously.

  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and execution‑focused.

  • Fluent in English; Swahili or Chinese is a plus.
