Dangote Group Project Assistant Secretary Jobs in Nigeria ;Dangote Industries Limited is seeking to recruit a Project Assistant Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Agriculture Development Manager and project team at SSC P‑Numan. The successful candidate will ensure efficient documentation, communication, and coordination of project activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage project documentation and filing systems.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.

  • Maintain schedules and calendars for project activities.

  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.

  • Assist in tracking project deliverables and timelines.

  • Support procurement and logistics documentation.

  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

    Educational Qualification and Work Experience
  • Minimum of B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Administration or related discipline.

  • Proficiency in time management and office applications.
