Accountabilities

  • Develops monthly sales and accounts plans to achieve assigned targets

  • Develops a network of customer and contacts in the territory to position our UV and Filtration solutions (Trojan UV/Aquafine/Viqua/ Salsnes brands) as a key member of the water management community in both Industry and Municipality

  • Utilizing the Trojan CRM System Salesforce.com (SFDC):

  • Execute planned activities and documents

  • Manage all opportunities following standard sales process steps

  • Prepares and presents a monthly funnel review to demonstrate the quality of the funnel, activity plans and command of the account base

  • Prepares and presents monthly forecast by accurately managing opportunity dates, value and probabilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with engineering firms and other accounts that indirectly influence the buying decisions of the customer

  • Experiences with the Municipal tendering and Industrial Purchasing processes and stages

  • Collects and reports information on all competitive activity, business opportunities, sales trends and results within the assigned market providing input during monthly business review

  • Participates in sales activities including customer visits, telephone contacts, Virtual meeting, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations/evaluations, customer seminars and channel management, Webinars

  • Channel Partner Management

  • Give the partners all the support they need with the help of internal recourses (Prices, quotes, Documentation, etc…)

  • Attend customer meetings with Channel partners

  • Set-up Targets and expectations and share it with partners

  • Apply regular funnel Review calls

  • Provides key field input in corporate programs including market research, Kaizen events and equipment beta testing

    Relationship Management

  • Internal: Project Management, other Sales Teams, Design and applications Teams, Service, Customer Service and After Market Parts Team

  • External: Customers (Municipal/Industrial), local authorities, System Integrators, OEMs , contractors, engineering offices, consultants, Channel Partners/Distributors , all appropriate parties, related to Trojan Sales

  • Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) and capitalize on this knowledge to identify sales opportunities
